10.Frankincense & Myrrh - Order Here

Frankincense and myrrh outside of the spiritual benefits purifies the air. Both substances are resinous tree saps with antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties. When burned as incense, they release aromatic smoke that can help:

1. Eliminate Bacteria: Studies suggest that burning frankincense and myrrh can reduce airborne bacterial levels. Their smoke has been shown to act as a natural disinfectant.

2. Enhance Spiritual Cleanliness: Historically, they have been used in religious and spiritual practices to cleanse spaces of negative energy and promote a sense of purity and calm.

3. Improve Respiratory Health: Their compounds, like terpenes, may help soothe respiratory pathways and create a more refreshing environment.

Additional Tip!

Herbal Steam Inhalation: Add herbs like thyme, peppermint, eucalyptus or camphor essential oils to hot water on the stove. TURN OFF THE FLAME! Place a towel over your head and place your head over the pot and inhale the steam. Breath in through your nose and out through your mouth. Do this atleast 15x times. This will open your airway and also great for your skin!
